Villa Efes has been designed and built with comfort and privacy in mind. Recently opened to the public this modern villa consists of three queen size bedrooms each with their own ensuite (while the Master bedroom has its own Jacuzzi).

The indoor/outdoor flow of the villa including their open plan kitchen is of great essence to a delightful holiday. The vast living room opens up to the swimming pool which will enchant you and guests during the warm afternoons Bali offers.
The outdoor area of the villa is also an ideal spot for private massages and indulges in amazing fruit juices and the services of our well trained team looking after every one of your needs during your holiday.

The regency of Badung, in which Turkuaz Villas are located, is both rich in culture and scenic beauty. As our staff knows the island well, they would be more than happy to offer suggestion as how to spend your days and evenings. Following is a guide listing a variety of activities, sight seeing tours and adventure excursions that we can organize for you during your stay with us.

BALI BIRD PARK

The Bali bird park in Gianyar is about one hour from Turkuaz and highly recommended. The park is located in beautiful tropical gardens and is the home to birds from all over the world.

BALINESE DANCES

Through traditional dances, we can learn about the tales of epic stories from Balinese history. From the famous Kecak dance to Shadow Puppet, there are many places that host traditional dances are eloquent, hypnotic and visually spectacular.

BARS/ NIGHT CLUBS

The Kuta/ Legian/ Seminyak area offers a diversity of nightlife ranging from the sedate to the action packed.

CRUISING/ SAILING/ SCUBA DIVING

Bali has to offer a variety of cruising destinations including sea cruises to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. Most cruises include snorkeling and scuba diving in the days activities as the shallow waters covering the offshore reefs teem with brightly colored reef fish. A leisurely dinner cruise around Benoa harbor is available; watch the spectacular sunset from the deck of high-style vessel. While you relax and unwind, your luxury craft takes you to a secluded inlet, Where Benoa Sakti moors while you and the other guests are seated for dinner. East Bali is a perfect center to discover unspoiled underwater surroundings throughout a year. Professional instructors will take certified divers to Giri Tepekong, Candi dasa, Padang Bai and Amed.

The elephant safari park in the cool jungle of Desa Taro offers you a chance to hand feel, touch, and interact with these wonderful creatures in an exotic landscaped atmosphere.

The ocean in the East to South offers you exciting fishing locations: Spanish mackerel, Wahoo, Tuna, King fish, Sailfish, Barracuda, ect. Are ready for you to catch.

GOLF

We recommended the Bali Nirwana Golf Course near Tanah Lot temple. This stunningly beautiful Greg Norman designed golf course is only 30 minutes drive from Turkuaz. Another course in Nusa Dua is the Bali Golf and Country Club that is about 1 hour drive from Villa Elanora. Both course facilities include an 18-hole championship course, driving range, chipping and putting green, professional tutor and clubhouse facilities. To combine a day trip with a golfing experience, we would recommend you begin with a two hour scenic drive from Seminyak into the mountains of Bedugul. Located here is the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club. Set in the beautiful countryside of Mount Batur (2,098m above sea level) this 18-hole course is a world silver-medal golf resort. Golfing equipment is available in all courses.

HORSE/ PONY RIDING

Some of the most amazing scenery can be seen off the beaten track on horseback. Enjoy the thrill of riding through the waves along Legian beach or trough the lush green rice paddy fields as offered by Umalas Stable.

PICNIC

To help you enjoy some of the magnificent sights that Bali has to offer, through our deli contacts our staff can organize a gourmet picnic hamper and provide some suggestions on some interesting places to visit. Please place your order with our staff prior to 8:00 pm the night before your outing.

The Waterbom Park in Tuban that is located 25 minutes from Turkuaz is set in beautiful gardens and has 600 meters of slides for all levels of bravery.

WATERSPORT & ACTIVITIES

Approximately 45 minutes from Turkuaz is Tanjung Benoa that offers a large variety of water activities including parasailing, water skiing, and banana boat rides.

WHITE WATER RAFTING

An exhilarating manner in which to experience rural Bali is by a rafting excursion down the rapids of the Ayung River. This excursion is classified as a Class III river where your "Sobek" adventure passes through tropical jungle, waterfalls, and allows you a wonderful and unique insight into the Balinese rural village life. This trip includes snacks, lunch, transfers and insurance and takes a full day. The other activities such as kayaking, mountain trekking and cycling from the Sobek are also available. Please ask one of our staff for further information and reservation. To avoid disappointment, we recommend all above activities to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
