The Villa is located within 200m from famous restaurants of Bali (Ultimo, Trattoria) less than 400m from the sea, although it is only 300m from KUDETA the villa remains a very peaceful and quiet retreat while very close to the main attractions of Seminyak. The 5 bedroom villas measure 25 square meters per room and have a total surface of 1000 square meters including the garden. The building opens completely into the private garden. The large open living room 200 square meters with its signature high ceiling and an American style fitted kitchen. Each bedroom has a private bathroom of 12 square meters which is partly open air. All rooms upstairs have breathtaking views of the rice fields in Seminyak where the sun sets. This villa has been designed to provide 5 bedrooms (rare in this area).
This contemporary villa of great comfort opens into their private garden and 2 swimming pools. Interior decoration is a mix of sober style and timelessness. In the rooms as in the living room the furnishings with purified lines were designed to measure in gorgeous materials: flax, sonoklin wood … These sober color tones enhance the feeling of space, achieved by the blend of mole to beige, chocolate, while passing by the green of gray. Enclosed around the swimming pool, each garden has a space with deckchairs, and an outdoor open-air shower.
