Villa Atas Ombak is on the beachfront at Kerobokan-Batu Belig, with 100 meters of private absolute beach frontage. The property is located in a natural paved quiet and secluded area which is quiet and far away from the usual beach hawkers. The immediacy of the beach is breathtaking and a few minutes gets you to many of Seminyak's popular gourmet restaurants. The airport is an easy 25 to 30 minutes drive.

Setting
Atas Ombak is one of Bali's finest private residential villas and is exceptional with its spectacular ocean and sunset views that can be enjoyed from every room in the villa. Villa Atas Ombak rests peacefully within its expansive and beautiful 3,500 m2 manicured gardens. The garden is classically understated with simple garden ponds, fragrant frangipani trees and highlighted with tall coconut palms. The focus of the garden is the wonderfully spacious swimming pool surrounded by inviting pool lounges and umbrellas.

The villa is a graceful two-story structure with generously proportioned, light filled rooms and high ceilings made from the natural grass alang alang roofing that is the essence of Bali. Cool cream tones are used throughout from the terrazzo stone floors to the colours of the decor. Tastefully appointed with large painted murals and antiques, Atas Ombak is truly a very special private retreat.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The main house has 3 spacious bedroom suites - two with ground level ocean and garden views and one guest bedroom on the second level with a private terrace and ocean views. All these bedrooms have deluxe split air conditioning units and individual en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom with its king sized bed has a wonderful light filled walk-through dressing room and bathroom with bathtub.

There is a quaint separate guest bungalow set in the garden close to the beach with two additional bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. One of these rooms can be made up into two twinbeds. Each bedroom has a small en suite bathroom with a shower only. There is a small casual sitting area located between the two bedrooms that enjoys a wonderful sea and garden aspect.

Cuisine
The villa owners entertain frequently and the kitchen staff is well experienced in entertaining and meeting the needs of a large family. The villa menu offers a wide selection of international dishes.

The staff of 24 assures that dinners and parties are superbly catered and serviced. The well-equipped kitchen would be the envy of many a restaurant and is located along a small walkway a discreet distance from the main house.

Living and Dining
Guests enter the main house into a very spacious foyer with breathtaking views to the garden, swimming pool and ocean immediately in front. A dining table here is located next to one of the stunning wall murals. Day and evening dining can also be set up in the garden and outdoor pavilion.

Immediately to the left is a separate air-conditioned television and study room with Bali style bench seating, which further leads into the master bedroom. The dining area is located here, with the access to the two guest bedrooms on the right and the master bedroom and study television room on the left.

Directly in front of this foyer is an extensive open relaxation pavilion with ample comfortable seating and a second dining area with a round table.
